Hello to everyone in the abyss…I have a project created by design team member Monica Roca to share with you today 🙂 Monica created this beautiful layout using some of the awesome new goodies in the ButterBeeScraps shop.
Monica chose to keep the layout relatively neutral and used primarily black, white and gold cardstock for her background and matting. On the upper left and lower right hand corners, Monica grouped a Bronze Corner Metal Filigree Embellishment (#731-B) with two Gold Metal Filigree Embellishments (#011-G) that she darkened up using Black Soot Distress Paint. To finish the corners off, she added some SS10, SS30 and SS16 Jet Flat Back Glass Rhinetsones for a bit of sparkle (yes…even the black rhinestones sparkle, I think 🙂 )
Monica used some journalling and a fence die cut to frame the photo a create a nice focal point. She then layered some vines die-cut from green cardstock onto the fence and extended them along the left edge of the photo. The new small Gold Dimensional Flower Metal Filigree Embellishments (#7313-G) are a perfect size for the vines, and the Bronze Metal Filigree Embellishments (#570-B) add a nice detail to the fence.
Monica added a cluster of purple, burgundy and ivory flowers in the lower left corner just for a pop of color, and used a Bronze Filigree Bead Cap (#CAP269-B) as a flower center for the burgundy flower.
