Good afternoon, everyone! I have a project share for you today 🙂 Design team member, Keri Sallee, created this beautiful bezel pendant for us all to oogle over today 🙂
Keri used one of the bezel pendants (#F024-B) from the ButterBeeScraps shop to create this beauty. She first cut a piece of cork to fit the bottom of the bezel. She then embellished the cork using a butterfly rub-on from 7 Gypsies, letter stickers from Basic Grey and an SS16 Light Colorado Topaz Rhinestone.
To add a little extra something, Keri dangled two small bronze charms (#J176-B) from the bail of the bezel. She filled the bezel and both charms using jewelry resin by Envirtex.
A quick tip on cutting paper, cork, fabric, or whatever else you’d like to fit into any bezel frame…just ink the edges of your bezel and stamp it onto your “liner”. Then cut just inside the inked lines 🙂 It’s also always a good idea to dry fit your lining material before gluing it down, just in case it needs a little bit of extra trimming 😉
I hope you enjoyed Keri’s project today, and it inspires you to break out the craft supplies. You can find her blog post right HERE. Thanks for popping by today…enjoy the rest of your weekend! Cheers!
