Fun With Cabochons

Today, we are going to have some fun with some of the new cabochons that have been added to the ButterBeeScraps’ Artistic Treasures shop within the last couple of months.  In true Anna style, we have several projects to share today 🙂  First, we’d like to start with these adorable altered Silver Miniature Wooden Clothespins, which would make the perfect little addition to any scrapbook page.  To make these cuties, Anna layered a silver filigree and a Small Round GLASS Cabochon (#CAB018) adhered to a small piece of decorative paper on top of the clothespins, and finished each off with a couple of charms and bead dangles.

Not only can the cabochons be used to create adorable embellishments for your scrapbooks, they also make beautiful jewelry.  Anna used Bronze Metal Filigree Embellishment (#287-B) and Small Oval GLASS Cabochons (#CAB1318) to create this beautiful bracelet.

Finally, Anna created this tassel necklace using a variety of items from the ButterBeeScraps shop.  First, she used a Copper Toggle Clasp (#CL081-C) to hold a cluster of tassels and charms.  Anna added a ton of interest to this tassel by using two different types and sizes of bronze chain (Items #CH481-B and #CH926-B), a variety of bead dangles and finished it off with a small key from the Gothic Tibetan Charms Collection.  For a closer look at all these projects, please hop on over to Anna’s YouTube channel and show her some love 🙂
