Good morning, everyone! I am so happy to be sharing a project with you today 🙂 Design team member, Marina Wilson, created this gorgeous journal complete with four signatures:
On the cover, Marina did a beautiful job of layering a Vintage Crocheted Doily (Harriet), tags and cut-aparts from Graphic 45, gear die-cuts, mulberry paper flowers, and a variety of metal bits from ButterBeeScraps…of course 🙂 Marina tucked filigree #592-B in the top two corners of her focal point, and tucked filigree #851-B behind the tags on the right.
Marina used a Bronze Dimensional Flower Metal Filigree Embellishment (#7635-B) right in the center of her focal point. Finally, she added some Small Gear Charms and a Large GLASS Clock Cabochon around her cluster of flowers.
On the spine of her journal, Marina decided to added some seam binding in a variety of colors to the binding string of her four signatures. She also added some large bronze corner protectors from her stash to the corners of her journal.
I do have to say, when Marina creates a project, she goes all out and doesn’t cut any corners. Her signatures are not just plain old signatures…check out the variety of papers and some of the flaps and pockets that she included inside her journal:
If you’d like a closer look at Marina’s journal, please hop on over to her YouTube channel and have a peek at the video she uploaded. As usual, I thank you for popping by and taking the time to read this post. I will catch you tomorrow for another tutorial…and this week I have a fun project (complete with digital downloads) 🙂 Cheers!
I have just received my order today, I’m so happy with the products. Thank you for your little bag of goodies. Looking forward to trying out the designs on your site. Very new to all this and very impressed with people sharing their projects just hope I can do them justice.
