Good afternoon, everyone! Well, it’s been a while since I shared a project with you, so I thought it was time! Ms. Julie, The Paper Bag Lady (as we all affectionately know her by), has put together this perfectly masculine and very cool mini album to share with us all 🙂
This is a 6″ x 12″ mini album and, as always, Julie has used paper bags for the pages (do I even need to say that?…lol). She used an unnamed paper stack from Momenta that she picked up from Tuesday Morning – a great resource for really inexpensive name brand scrapbooking supplies, btw 🙂 She also added die cuts from the Tim Holtz Gadget Gears, Mini Gears (Movers and Shapers) and Steampunk (On the Edge) dies that she embossed using a variety of different gold and copper embossing powders.
In addition to the die cuts, Julie also scattered several Steampunk Playing Card printables from Vectoria Designs on Etsy, chain and a ton of gear charms from the ButterBeeScraps shop throughout her mini album. …and if you haven’t browsed the shop for gear charms, you are really missing out! I don’t know anywhere else that you can get the selection of sizes and colors for such a great price 😉
Lastly, Julie added clear embossed gear images on the corners of her pages and mats, and slipped coffee dyed tags that she dry embossed into pockets behind all the mats.
