Measurements

This week, I added an interactive element on the remaining panel on page 2:

  • 8½” x 11″ black cardstock for the main pocket
    • score at 2½” and 8½” along the long side
    • score at 4″ and 8″ along the short side
    • cut as shown below

…and, of course, you need mats for all the panels of our flippy floppy contraption:

  • 2 of 5¾” x 4½” for the front and back of the vertical flap
  • 1 of 5¾” x 3¾” for the main base
  • 4 of 2¼” x 3¾” for the horizontal flaps
  • 2 tags cut at 3¾” x 5½”

I decided to add another small flap on page 4:

  • 1 of 6″ x 2¾” to create the flap
  • 2 of 5¾” x 2½” for the mats

That’s it…we’re done another week 🙂  Next week, we’ll aim to get all of pages 6 and 7 embellished…and that will be no easy feat!  Thanks for popping by.  I hope you enjoyed the video and learned something new 🙂  Cheers!

Hi, for some reason I missed this tutorial in my email. I would be interested in a kit but would like a preview as to the papers, etc and what sort of project is happening.
    Thanks for the asking!

I might be interested but would need to see paper and finished product example first.

Liette…absolutely, I ship in Canada 🙂 I would have to ship via regular parcel instead of lettermail, and that shipping option is available on my website. Cheers! Monique
