Instructions

This week, I did the tutorial video a little differently…I was much more prepared and tried to cut out some of the repetitive stuff that you’ve already seen alot of in previous weeks 🙂  So, you will be hearing me chatter at ya a little bit more 😉  Here goes:

Measurements

This week, I opted to add a psuedo-circle card on page 6:

  • 1 of 4¾” x 4¾” black cardstock for the base of the card
  • 4 of 4¾” x 4″ black cardstock for the flaps
    • cut decorative edge along long edge
    • trim to 3″ x 4¾”
    • score at 2-3/8″ from decorative edge
  • mats for the circle card:
    • 1 of 4½” x 4½” patterned cardstock for the base
    • 8 of 4½” x 2-1/8″ patterned cardstock with decorative edge to match flaps

Hey Monique. I’ve been following this tutorial series and enjoying it so much. I’ve learned a lot by watching your process. I particularly enjoyed this week’s tutorial; first, watching you choose how to decorate the pages with individuality, yet keeping to a theme is beautiful. Secondly, I have limited internet and therefore am a bit jealous of my time on it. This week you had your elements ready to go, you also cut out/sped up the gluing and taping processes – yay! I got to see you work without spending time watching you do the “easy” stuff over and over. I am looking forward to further installments on this gorgeous album. 🙂
